Diabetes or sugar during pregnancy is though a common but at the same time controling is equally important.normal sugar level post eating should be below 140 mg/DL. Fasting sugar should be below 100. Few life style changes can bring back sugar balance. Eat smaller frequent meals instead of larger meals.this will ensure sugar balance throughout the day. say no to all forms of sugar and avoid refined food. Whole grains and proteins which are slowly digested can raise sugar slowly.prefer brown rice over white rice.oats and whole wheat are preferred.exercises can be very beneficial during such cases too.keep monitoring sugar level. Answer: Hello! First of all you need to be calm and be stress free. If you are stressed then your baby can sense that will become more irritable leaving an unmanageable situation.
It isn't nothing new, every other parent has a same complain. Remember that's milk is the main food for the baby till the age if 12 months.
Make sure when you offer himself food he is sitting straight. Either on your lap or on booster/ high chair. Offer him varieties. Don't force him. Even if he takes one or two spoons at ones time on his own, let it be. But if you force, he will resist more. Offer food every two hours. Encourage him to eat by himself. Let him play with the food. He will play, throw, smash initially but later on he will start eating bye himself. This way he also learns the texture of the food.
Give him finger food like murmura, roasted makhana, small pieces of dosa, pieces of idli and dhokla,think slices off apple and other fruits too. When you give him these food make sure u don't leave him alone. Include your baby toys have food with the family. This way he will learn to eat. Try not to repeat anything dish.

Your first trimester is always the toughest and takes away alot of your energy. For alot of women the vomiting stops whn the second trimester begins for some it remains well into the second trimester. You can have fruits that are citrus in nature it helps in reducing your vomiting sensation u can also eat fruits n vegetables as they do not cause much of an aversion. Stay away from the food that has intense odour that will trigger the nausea. Hope I helped
