Answer: Dear, your level is high, consult your gyno and start medicine. surely u should take medicine to keep ur thyroid level under control. U can also try dome natural remedied. These natural remedies  boost hormone secretion and prevent thyriod effects on baby and mother.Take two spoons of pure coconut oil and mix it with a glass of milk. Drink it before bed time every night.  It helps in promoting production of thyroid hormones and regulates hormonal levels naturally. .Vitamin A is very useful to treating thyroid in pregnancy. Add vitamin A rich eggs and carrots in regular diet as it naturally helps for normal thyroid glands functioning. Answer: In First trimester the TSH range should be less than 2.5 with a range of 0.1-2.5 and in Second trimester the range should be below 3 with a range of 0.2-3.0 But comparing my case it is not so high. So just consult endocrine doctor as soon as possible and start taking thyroid tablets. It is just initial stage if you go on take tablets, TSH will become normal on your 3rd trimester.
