Answer: Nausea and vomiting are usually part of healthy pregnancy. The misery typically goes away by the middle of the second trimester but some pregnant leady face them throughout pregnancy. I am trying some simple remedies to get rid of this problem. You can also try this. Take ginger juice off course it is very bitter in taste so mix it with little honey and have it. Drink lots of water. You can also drink lemon water. Stay well hydrate. Keep yourself calm and take rest. Sometimes hunger  increases nausea. So eat regular meals and small snacks like dry fruits ( soaked almonds, 4 5 cashew nuts, 2 walnuts, fresh orange juice, fruits, sprouts, chhena, biscuits, namkin.  Also you can have lemon water with black salt.
Answer: Its normal for nausea and vomiting to return late in pregnancy.  Baby is taking up most of your stomach room and I read thast  some woment get it.  I have had a few incidents of this too. I read it was common, right along with diarrhea. So no worries,  Don't panic. You either have a bug or food poisoning I'd wager. Morning sickness can come back at the end and you can have a 'clear out' before labour but if you've been feeling rubbish, I think it's more likely a virus or something you've eaten.

Question: I m feeling so much vomiting, I can't eat food it's smells. .I m talking medicine for vomiting but it's not working. ...plzzzzz help me what to do ?
Answer:  Nausea is very tricky at first place it doesn't let you have anything , and then more you stay empty stomach more severe it gets. Start your day with white rasgulla or coconut water. It really helps in easing out nausea. Second eat in small quantity but at regular intervals. Lets say at every 2 hours, this will provide the extra calories needed for your baby’s development and also will keep nausea at bay. Staying hydrated is again a great remedy. After each meal munch on few roasted fennel seeds mixed with mishri. This keeps the mouth taste favourable and doesn't trigger nausea. Kerp yourself occupied because thinking about nausea makes you vomit more. Lastly you can ask your doctor to prescribe you antivomit pills and it will take care of all your worries. Stay blessed!
