Question: Hiii my son is 8months old, I used lactare tablets until he is 6 months old, den I stopped now my bm almost gone, I wanted to use dem again is it ok to use dem

Answer: Hi dear it's safe to use them again. Mic in milk and have twice a day continously for 3-4 months. It will increase breast milk quantity.

I havent used this tablet dear but i too had low milknin beginging and i tried home remedies and sharing with you as this worked for me: For increasing breast milk add following in your diet 1.
