Answer: Try feeding at short intervals and small meals. U can also give vegetable soup as it helps in increasing apetite of the baby. A home remedy thag I always use whevever my baby stops eating. Take a lemon put black salt in it and use toothpick to put it inside the lemon now put the lemon on a spoon and heat it till the black salt melts and goes inside the lemon. Now take it off the flame. Make ur child lick it. Trust me it works.
Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well.

You have to feed your baby every two hours regardless of day or night or the baby s sleeping or being awake. Each breast should be fed 20 mins. Total 40 mins. feeding this way you can see significant increase in baby s weight. Eat alot of ghee diary products dry fruits so all the goodness is transferred to ur baby. Breast milk is best for ur baby as it gives your baby better immunity. It digests better than the formula reduces constipation and stomach problems.

Baby weight is directly proportional to the healthy food.at times baby looks leaner but weight wise seems fine.every baby has its own pace of growth.as a mother you need to keep giving baby,healthy food options,and avoid any sugary food,or refined foods.give plenty of veggies ,fruits,daal,rice,if you are non vegetarian,can even give eggs, chicken soups etc.healthy carbohydrates would help in gaining more weight for your baby.idli,dosa,Dalia,oats are some good options.dairy like milk,curd,paneer ,cheeze ,dry fruits etc would also help in gaining weight.alao.make sure baby is not force fed.remember baby needs to be active rather than obese.healthy weight and overweight needs to be cleared.you want a healthy weight in your baby ,never try hard to make your child fat.
