Answer: Some babies do take time in acheiveing certain milestones..my daughter started to talk fluently only by 3.5 years or so..she used to understand everything but unable to communicate..also find out if you are talking to baby in different language..that can effect..make sure you talk to baby and in one language.. Avoid exposing baby to tv and mobile more..this can greatly impact their speech.. Dnt take tension though...
