Question:My BP is 98/57. Is it normal or low? What is the average bp rate?
Answer: Dear, it should be more than 100/60. normally bp is low during pregnancy, because the circulation expands and hormonal changes cause the blood vessels to dilate, leads to lowering blood pressure.but it will not affect your baby.not to worry.drink plenty of fluids like coconut water, butter milk, juices daily.avoid lifting heavy weights.can take extra added salt also.have small and frequent meals, avoid sudden position changes, cross your legs while sitting, eat a diet higher in salt ,have cup of coffe daily which elevate blood pressure temporarily.take more diary products.take care
Question:I am 11weeks pregnant and my baby's heart rate is 180bpm ... is it normal?
Answer: Hi dear, average heart beat ranges any where between 110-160 is considered as normal.sometimes it can be upto 170 in early pregnancy.but having more than 170is considered as tachycardia.please continue all antenatal medicines.please repeat scan after 10 days.take care and all the best
