If a non-pregnant woman has abnormally high levels of prolactin, it may cause her difficulty in becoming pregnant. so in pregnancy if your prolactin levels are high it can cause hypothyroidism as it is pitutary gland hormone. there is no problem sometimes dear.. but seeking an advice from doctor is recommended. all the best
