For this following are the remedies: 1 Elevate your feet when resting, if possible. 2 soak your legs in hot water. 3 Avoid standing for long hours it creates load on abdominal area 4Try taking a hot shower or bath 5 start low impact exercises like walk. 6 in case u have severe joint pains along with abdominal pains ask your doctor too add  calcium or magnesium supplements to you diet.

Answer: Hi dear pain could be due to baby weight so do take rest often .it is obevious for ur upper body ti ger heavier and give pressure to ur pelvic area. Also u can use maternity belt to give support to ur upper part. Also check is there any yellowish discharge or any itching as sometimes it happens due to infection also and if that is the case then u should consult doctor for the medication.during pregnancy ur private parts are prompt to catch such infection.

Answer: Hi! Amniotic Fluid Index or AFI is considered to be normal at 8-18. Medium AFI level is approximately 14 from week 20-35. After that it keeps reducing and prepare for birth however if its 5/6 its less, please continue to have; ots of fluids- tender coconut/buttermilk Cucumber/bottle gourd/ bed rest - all these help in afi increase. Your Doctor may prescribe soms sachet to havd with water, please be happy, stress is not going to help. Hope this helps!
