Here is a sample meal plan-
Breakfast - Ragi porridge, barley porridge, oats porridge, steamed dosa, spinach idli, beetroot dosa, barley dailya, sabudana khichadi, apple cinnamon puree, banana oats pancakes, whole wheat apple pancakes, oats pumpkin.
Lunch - daal (Toor, moong, masoor) rice, vegetable khichadi, paneer rice, ghee rice, spinach paneer khichadi.
Dinner - vegetable soup, stir fried vegetables, pumpkin and potato mix, spinach and cottage cheese ravioli, vegetable cheela, vegetable puree etc.
