At the time of pain, walk around a little bit as the pain seems to hit mostly when we are lying down.
Keep yourself hydrated with lots of water, smoothies, fruits infused water.
Eat more of bananas, oranges, raisins, dates, sweet potatoes, peas, cucumbers as they are rich in potassium and will help in reducing the pain.
Also try avoiding some things which can increase the pain like crossing your legs, pointing out your toes.
