Answer: Hi.. Congratulations on your pregnancy. I understand your issue. During pregnancy the growing uterus puts pressure on the siactic nerve hence our leg pains more. Though it is painful for us it does not affect the baby. It can also result because of tiredness. Please try the below to get some relief for the same. Sit comfortably in a chair and push your leg straight in front. Then wiggle the toes and ankles. At the time of pain, walk around a little bit as the pain seems to hit mostly when we are lying down. Keep yourself hydrated with lots of water, smoothies, fruits infused water. Eat more of bananas, oranges, raisins, dates, sweet potatoes, peas, cucumbers as they are rich in potassium and will help in reducing the pain. Also try avoiding some things which can increase the pain like crossing your legs, pointing out your toes.
Answer: Massage baby legs for 2times a day....
