And 10 pm milk plz suggest I am really confused, can I give dinner health mix, ragi poridge, idly, wheat pordige, before 8.30pm to 9.30 pm?
Answer: Already following correctly. There is no big difference in changing. Both are same. Giving ragi porridge at morning is best than night. One is digestion issue, cold will get easily. Give idly, rasam rice, dhal rice is perfectly fine
