Have breakfast, within a hour of wake-up ,it will reduce morning sickness,and vomiting,Always have fruits after meal,it will give you more strength and stamina,Drink lemon juice,with salt,sugar it will reduce vomitting,for vomiting,you can drink buttermilk,tender coconut,cumin water ,ajwan water it will helps a lot,Avoid oily,spicy food,and packed items too,it will cause indigestion
Urine infection in pregnancy causes mainly due to dehydration , and body heat also causes pain in private area,few steps below might help
Drink buttermilk,tender coconut in empty stomach for better results
Drink atleast two litres a day,you can keep bottle,and drink little throughout the day,might help
Take oil bath ,two days a week
Drink fenugreek water will also good,include veggies like cucumber, pumpkin raddish will be effective

Question: My last lmp was 29 nov 2018 so according to it i completed 8 weeks but my sonography says 7 weeks n crl is 1.07cm n cardiac activity seen but it didnt mentioed heart rate n in between i see spotting also whicb dr said its normal in some cases .this is my second pregnancy .isy growth normal?

Yes,spotting in first trimester is normal.so donot worry as your doctor said too it's normal.niw the growth lag in initial stages is fine too.you could be a week late or ahead.it won't make much difference now.as the pregnancy progresses it would catch the pace.heart rate between 120-160 beats per minutes is assumed normal.i hope it is fine as doctor didn't raise any concerns too.so.all is well,donot worry unnecessary.stay happy.

Answer: Protein, minerals, vitamins, fats aur carbohydrate balanced amount mein hone chahiye. Is ke liye daal, sabji, fruits, nuts ka mishrit aahar le. Ek hi bhaari bhojan ke badle chote hisse mein din mein 3 to 5 times khaana khaaye to behtar hoga. Saath mein paani bhi 2 to 3 litres peejiye. Dahi aur doodh bhi ho sake itna khaaye taaki calcium aur protein full amount mein mile.
High protein diet khaaye. Non-vegetarian ho to fish, chicken aur eggs ka sevan har roj kare. Vegetarian ho to doodh, dahi, dal aur nuts ka sevan kare. Garbhvati stri ko roj 70 to 100 grams protein ki avashyakta hoti hai.
Fats bhi healthy matra mein honi chahiye kyonki janam lene wale bachche ke brain development ke liye fat jaroori hai. Ghee, butter or nuts mein se fats milenge.
Roj 1500 mg calcium chahiye ek garbhvati stri ko, jo doodh, dahi, palak aur anya sabji mein se milta hai.
Vitamin B group ke sabhi vitamin avashyak hai jo daal, sabji, dahi, fruits ke khaane se milenge. Agar roj ka ek anda khaaye to yeh uttam hai. In aahar mein se vitamin C aur A
