If the Hb level drops, it can cause weakness, fatigue and lead to anemia. Have lots of spinach, beetroot, tofu, asparagus, egg,apple, pomegranate, apricot, watermelon, prunes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, raisins, amla, jaggery, bananas, guava, litchis, kiwi.Increase foods rich in vitamin C such as oranges, lemon, strawberries, grapefruit and tomatoes.

Apples,Spinach ,Dates,Food rich in Vitamin C as Vitamin C helps in absorption of Iron in our body.,Jaggery,Beetroot,Pomegranate, Whole grain bread and cereals . Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells.Keep yourself away from iron blockers i.e.Tea,coffee,liquor,cold drinks.Keep yourself hydrated with 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
