Answer: Hello dear..how is it gettinf worse?are u feeling nauseated or weak?if yes,have food rich in protein and carb to give u energy like eggs,milk,rice,dal,green veggies,include vitamin supplements in your diet too as it will help u in getting all the energy u need..Also it could be due to all the physical and mental stress that you have been experiencing in the delivery phase and u need the relaxation..go for a holiday,massage,spa session and take time out of your busy schedule in doing something that u like..if u have any other condition,do let me know
