Answer: To increase haemoglobin you can intake : 1.Apples 2.Spinach  3.Dates 4.Food rich in Vitamin C as Vitamin C helps in absorption of Iron in our body. 5.Jaggery 6.Beetroot 7.Pomegranate 8.Whole grain bread,cereals & pasta. 9. Folic acid, a B-complex vitamin, is required to make red blood cells. 10.Keep yourself away from iron blockers i.e.Tea,coffee,liquor,cold drinks. 11.Keep yourself hydrated with 6-8 glasses of water everyday.
