Question: my vagina has enlarged a lot after normal delivery...can anyone tell me what to do.
Answer: Hi dear,
Post delivery especially vaginal delivery makes the muscles of vagina quite loose and it takes time to tighten it naturally.meanwhile you can do certain exercise to tighten it.try to contract and release the vagina.while peeing try to control the pee and then release the pee.do that atleast twice a day.they are called kegel exercise.moreover ,regular brisk walks and other free hand exercises would overall tone up your body, including vagina.Consuming foods that are high in natural estrogens, such as fenugreek, sesame seeds, pomegranates, soybeans and its products, yarns, carrots, wheat berries and apples can help in tightening vagina after delivery.
