3 months old baby

Question: My child has got vaccination yesterday and he is having fever I m giving calpol as per doctors instruction...but he has become very low...is this normal?

Answer: Hi dear.. fever is normal after vaccination, sometime baby may feel fever for two days so don't worry tap ice bag on baby's injection area .
