Question: How i reduce bp??my bp is 140/90
Answer: Hie Taking care of yourself is the best way to control your BP It occurs because the blood circulation expands during pregnancy Eat a healthy diet and limit your sodium intake  Eat more whole grain they are high in dietary fiber, vegetables, fruits go for low fat milk or soy milk Cut on caffeine in your diet In case of low bp it is important to take things slowly Avoid getting up quickly when in seated or lying position and avoid standing or sitting for long intervals of time Giving your body rest periodically throughout the day would give the body time to rest and recover especially when you feel dizzy lie on your left side it may increase blood flow to the heart Meditate for at least 20 min every day it would help you balance your inner self as well as your BP Have small meals throughout the day rather than a few large meals Have a varied and nutrients rich diet include lots of vegetables and fruits in your daily diet
