Hairfall during first trimester is normal. It's due to the increasing progesterone level in your body. Your skin get dry too. Try eating lots of protein for e.g curd, egg, lentils etc. Have you started your calcium and iron supplements along with follic acid? If no, then pls start taking it as soon as possible. It's very good for your skin as well as hair.
For your hair:

You can apply onion paste.
For you skin:
