Question: My baby's weight is now 914gm...is it normal???which food gain my baby's weight???

Answer: Dear, baby weight is low, should be 1.5 kg in 31 weeks. Eat a balanced and nutrition rich diet. Add lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins and complex carbohydrates to your meals. Eat five to six small meals every day.....Keep quick, easy snacks on hand, such as nuts, raisins, cheese and crackers, dried fruit, and ice cream or yogurt....Spread peanut butter on toast, crackers, apples, bananas, or celery. Add nonfat powdered milk to mashed potatoes, scrambled eggs, and hot cereal....Add extras to your meal, such as butter or margarine, cream cheese, gravy, sour cream, and cheese.....Ensure you get enough rest during the day and the night. Resting will give your body a chance to refresh itself.  And Keep yourself always hydrated with plain drinking water. Dehydration during pregnancy can cause many complications like headaches, acidity, indigestion, heartburn etc.....Discuss with your doctor if you need to take any extra supplements to increase weight....
