Answer: hello dear, it could be due to flat nipples. Try to massage your nipples and pull them outside. Repeat it quite a number of times. Also use a breast pump, it will help to pull the nipples and u will also able to pump milk out and give it to the baby.
Apart from this try offering nipples when ever possible, don't offer it when the baby isn't very hungry as it will make him irritated... take care
