Answer: You may try different breastfeeding position, also try alternating breasts so as to get the baby comfortable with feeding directly from the breast. Do also check if the latch is correct and your nipple are not inverted... If the baby still refuses to latch I highly recommend that you see a lactation consultant who will be able to help you out with breastfeeding issues... In the mean time do keep Pumping to keep your supply up and also to feed your baby.

Question: My baby is not at all taking breastmilk, she gets annoyed when I try to breastfeed her. So I pump milk & than give from bottle. Please help
Answer: Hi! Sounds like the baby has developed preference for bottle. Do lot of skin to skin, try latching when the baby isn't hungry. Do not wait till baby gets hungry.Be topless, give a lot of skin to skin and let baby latch on her own time without pressure. Also for a while you might want to cut down to one bottle a day try feeding with nipple shield and slowly get rid of the shield, it should work. Good luck!

Question: Baby is not taking breast milk from bottle. What to do? I need to join in office so wanted to give her in bottle.
Answer: Try these tips for a smooth transition: Offer him a bottle in the evening after his regular feeding to get him used to the nipple. Start with a small amount of breast milk – about half an ounce. Try a slow-flow nipple. Let someone else feed him the first bottle. Try to be out of the house. Hope this helps.
