1 months old baby

Question: My baby is 1 week old.. he sleeps soon after 10 minutes after latching.. sleeps 3 to 4 hours in half filled tummy.. is it ok? Should i have to wake him up and feed ? Is it ok not to be full tummy always

Answer: Hello...as he is a new born...it is very common for him to sleep for long hours..but try giving him feed for eveey 2 hours.wake him up by lightly pinching his ears or rubbing his feet.so that he can latch to ur breast again and start feeding.dont worry as he is still adjusting to the outside world.
