Answer: Hi dear, Weight gain is fine but dehydration is definitely not ok.it needs to be sorted first else could be quite dangerous .plenty of fluids and ORS is needed.once you baby is fine and active, you can change her diet plan.Baby weight is directly proportional to the healthy food.at times baby looks leaner but weight wise seems fine.every baby has its own pace of growth.as a mother you need to keep giving baby, healthy food options, and avoid any sugary food,or refined foods.give plenty of veggies ,fruits, daal, rice,if you are non vegetarian, can even give eggs, chicken soups etc.healthy carbohydrates would help in gaining more weight for your baby.idli, dosa,Dalia, oats are some good options.dairy like milk, curd, paneer ,cheeze ,dry fruits etc would also help in gaining weight.alao.make sure baby is not force fed.remember baby needs to be active rather than obese.healthy weight and overweight needs to be cleared.you want a healthy weight in your baby ,never try hard to make your child fat.

Question: My baby is four month now.. I loss my weight.. How to gain my weight??
Answer: Hi Dear! Its been 4 months fr you hv delivered the baby, and it should be pregnancy related.. Are you fit and healthy ? are you still feeding your baby? See in my opinion the best way for healthy weight gain is to stop eating processed foods and eat healthy fats and carbohydrates. Avocado, lots of ghee and butter. Good carbs from fruits and complex carbs from sweet potatoes etc are very good for you. Nuts, nut butters. Just calculate your daily calorie requirement and eat slightly above it - say , 100-200 calories more. Also if you are feeling weak and tired a lot and that's causing your weight loss please get a blood work done and see a doctor. There could be other reasons if this persists fr a long time.. Hope this helps!

Question: Weight loss tips for working women please give suggestions for weight loss iam over weight from 3month's and unable to get pregnant please help me
Answer: Hi, Please refer a BMI Chart to find out the excess weight that you have gained, mark it and place it on your desk or Almira. This helps in keeping the goals realistic if you know exactly how many kilos have to be reduced. Balanced diet and exercise is needed. You being a working woman might not find time to exercise. So you can make a few lifestyle changes like taking the staircase whenever you have to reach an upper floor. Try reaching your work place by walking at least a small distance. Exercise at your work station if possible during the short breaks.Keep yourself hydrated. Drink 3 -4 litres of water each day. Eat at regular intervals. Make a diet Chart for yourself to facilitate what's to be cooked the next day. Avoid packed food or junk food. Have fruits directly than having fruit juices because that would increase the sugar intake. Go for a walk or jogging if possible for at least 15 mins to half an hour daily. Have a plan and stick to it. Be positive!!!
