5 months old baby

Question: My baby is 4 mnth old. Till now my belly has not reduced. What should I do to reduce my postpartum belly. Since am slim, my belly seems huge. What should I do?Does this reduce since its 4 mnth passed??

Answer: Hi.. After your delivery, you can use a Maternity belt. During pregnancy, the wall of your abdomen stretch to accommodate a growing uterus. These over stretched muscles don't contract immediately after delivery, leaving flabby skin and fat around the abdomen. Wrapping the abdomen belt will help tighten and strengthen these muscles. Other than this, have non greasy food, avoid junk and sweets completely. Drink lot of fluids including water and juices. Try to include 30 minutes work out in your schedule. Initially it will be difficult, I understand, but, later on you can. If you follow this religiously, it will help you definitely..
Answer: Hello! It does reduce but it takes some time and also some of your effort. Try to go for brisk walk on daily basis,drink plenty of water, avoid junk food, oily and spicy food and have a healthy balanced diet. If you have C-section then start exercising after 6 months but if you had normal delivery then you can start exercising now. Focus on more of tummy exercises like crunches And Pilates. Take care

Answer: Dont worry , take a ear bud nd dip it into a coconut oil , slightly insert it into stool area , and slight do it fpr 15 times back and forth very delicately , it will sure help since that area will be provided with the greese ! I hope it will help

Question: My baby has not passed his stool since 3 days .what should i do ?
Answer: There is nothing to do It's normal for babies to pass stools once in 5 days, can do a gentle massage of the stomach from right to left side with warm oil. Colicaid when in pain has helped my lo. Though many doctors do not recommend...Bonnisan in regular doses (1ml) as well has helped till date. Mother's milk is so balanced which baby's body uses all and it will be absorb by body so there is nothing much extra to come out as poop! As long as your baby pees fine do not be worry.
