Answer: Hi cradle cap is thick layer of dry skin which forms on babies head it seems like dandruf but is more thick. To remove craddle cap apply good amount of coconut oil over it let it get soaked for 1 hr. After that make your baby bath with good shampoo and then brush babies hair lightly. In most Case's cradle cap goes by its own. So dont worry. Good luck.

Answer: Hi dear, Craddle cap is common issue in new borns. You can slowly take it off by combing it with soft but firm hard brush. Try massaging oil and post bath when the skin is soft, comb baby's head.do not forcefully pull it out and never use nails too.do it gradually.

Question: What to do for cradle cap?
Answer: Hello dear,  if your baby head has no redness and itchness, so It isn't dandruff, it is called cradle cap. My doctor told me that if it wasn't bothering the baby or me, to let it go, that it would heal itself and it did! my sis in law recommended that i put some baking soda in her bath water, n wash her head 1st, and then her body. do not wash her hair with the same water after u wash her body. n we used normal baby wash n baby shampoo. after 3 days, there was noticeable improvement. n she has no more dandruff in her scalp....you can also try this... Hope it helped ,Take care ur little one...

Answer: Hello dear. Sorry to hear about Cradle cap in your baby, here are a few remedies that might help : Rub a small amount of a pure, natural oil – such as almond or olive oil – on your baby'sscalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Gently comb out the flakes with a fine-tooth comb or brush them out with a soft brush. Gently massage your baby's scalp with your fingers or a soft brush to loosen the scales. Take care.

Question: My baby girl is 6 months 20days old. She is suffering from cradle cap. What to do??
Answer: Hi, Cradle cap is very much normal. It’s completely harmless, not contagious, and usually disappears by your baby’s first birthday. These below remedies will surely help( as it helped in my case):- 1) Brushing your baby’s scalp with a soft brush while he’s in the bath. 2) Apply coconut oil or badam Rogan regularly 3) Don't scratch the scalp it will make condition worse. 4)Use spoo shampoo Most important, remember to be gentle so you don’t further damage your baby’s sensitive skin.
