Answer: You can very well start solids. Boiled Rice, dal, suji, daliya, cooked apple carrots peas, pumpkin, ragi. Very very little or no salt. Just 1 item 2 spoons at a time, once everyday. Introduce new food 2-3 days later to know about allergies. Babies digestion system will slowly learn to digest solids, so gradually increase quantity. Once adjusted, start cerelac 6months + in few days similarly.
