Answer: Hi dear, Most of the parents have this issue, that their babies are not eating enough.but honestly I would like to suggest you that stop worrying much at this stage.your baby is still growing and exploring lot of things around, including food.if your baby is active, healthy then donot worry.if she is little underweight also, donot worry,as long as she is meeting her milestones.intriducing variety of foods little little would encourage baby to taste.try making the meal time fun.sometimes we mothers are so busy in feeding ,that babies great bored.sing rhymes, and make it more fun.offer less food at a time.no matter if the baby has eaten just one spoon in lunch.baby wood eat more in breakfast,so donot stress.force feeding is never recommended.it would.never let baby understand what natural appetite means.and lead to obesity in adulthood.never show TV or mobile while feeding.force feeding would also stress your baby and could backfire by vomiting out.avoif giving junk foods like chips, biscuits, too much milk, chocolates etc.they kill the appetite.give fresh home cooked food.

Question: My baby is not taking food what to do
Answer: Keep offering the solid you are attempting to get him to eat. He doesn't HAVE to eat it, but he should be exposed to it. He may pick it up and play with it and feel it. That's ok. He's getting used to it--it's a process. Offer soft foods cut up in small pieces. He might be more inclined to actually put a soft bite of banana in his mouth than a crunchy cracker. Bananas, cooked peas and carrots, avocado, plain cooked macaroni, etc. And cut them smaller than you think necessary. Sometimes it helped to give my daughter a spoon and let her try to feed herself. She might have only gotten a couple of bites into her mouth, but she was more likely to keep it in her mouth, chew, and swallow it. Offer the new food first when he's really, truly hungry. If you want him to try a banana but you offer it after his yogurt or whatever, he won't be hungry and will have little motivation to try something new. Maybe while you're prepping breakfast, sit him in his high chair and give him a few bites of the banana to look at/play with/attempt to eat while you chop up the rest of the banana to go in his breakfast. Remain calm. This is sooooooo hard because it can be frustrating and nerve-wracking when your child eats a diet of about three things. But if you are anxious at mealtimes, he absolutely will pick up on that. I can tell you from experience that it will not help the situation. Keep working with him and see if he improves. With our daughter we knew she could eat other things, she just didn't want to eat some of them. She's 2 1/2 now and her diet isn't amazing, but it varies more now than it did even 6 months ago, and every few months we're able to add a few more foods and textures to her diet. If you aren't seeing some kind of improvement over the next few months (I wouldn't give it anymore than 3 months) then you should definitely schedule an appointment with your pediatrician to determine if he needs to be assessed for any developmental issues.

Question: My baby is not taking other food than breastfeed
Answer:    Hello dear, you can start with any of these foods while starting solids in your baby’s diet. Its better to start with veggies/fruit purees one at a time.I would suggest go easy with veggies like squash, sweet potato.... and maybe later peas, carrots. Fruits u can try banana, apple, plums, peaches, pears.... to make rice cereal at home, take brown rice/ boiled rice. dry fry till aroma comes. powder and cook 1 tsp with water till cooked. add BM/ FM if needed.... u can also mix these veggie/fruit purees with rice cereal. makes it more palatable and also fiber rich, so chances of constipated are highly reduced. Rice is gluten free and easier to digest than wheat.... Grains/Cereals/Pulses: Oats, Barley, Rice, Semolina (Rava/Sooji), Split yellow gram (moong dal), whole green gram. Wheat can be introduced during the last week of 6th month. Non-Vegetarian foods: None Dairy: None. Avoid giving cow’s milk as the main drink till your little one is 1 year old. Stick to breast milk or formula till then.  Avoid sugar and salt from a 6 month old baby’s diet.... Keep in mind that breast milk or formula should be the major part of a six-month-old baby’s diet. So breastfeed or bottle-feed first and then give him solid food. Hope it helped, Take care ur little one....

Question: My baby is not taking food properly what i do?
Answer: Zinc helps in building appetite. Wheat bran, cashew nuts, and pumpkin seeds are good for improving the level of zinc in the body. Try incorporating these into your child's meals or snacks. Check with your child's doctor for zinc supplements as well. Offer your child plenty of variety, and don’t worry if they refuse some things – they’ll make up for it by eating other foods. For example, they might reject some vegetables but gobble up plenty of fruit instead. Try and offer the rejected food later on. Remember to cut food to a size your child can easily hold and eat Avoid offering snacks close to mealtimes. A 1- or 2-hour gap is best. If your child asks for food but doesn’t seem hungry, try to keep them busy. Eat as a family at least once a day. Children like to copy their parents. Don’t bribe, force or nag over leftover food – it’s better to praise them for trying. Try to serve meals before your child is tired, or have your evening meal earlier. Offer a variety of foods during the day, as a tired child may not eat well at night. Present your child’s food in different ways, like offering meat as hamburgers or meatballs. Involve your child in preparing food, as it may increase their interest. Keep food choices simple (eg, ‘Do you want an apple or banana?’). This gives children a feeling of control
