If your baby is 3 months old and by toilet you mean that the baby is not pooping for the last 2 days it is absolutely fine because the breastfed babies attend to poop after a gap of few days and it is absolutely normal breast milk gets digested and absorbed in the body completely hence there is no expression but don't worry it will be regular once the baby starts to have solid after 6 months or 180 days of life..
