6 months old baby

Question: My baby is 5 n a half months old... N she sleeps very less... Is that smthng to worry about? She cries for an hour before sleeping at night n doesn't sleep before 12am watever I do... Plzzz help

Answer: You may start sleep training your baby by limiting her day time naps until 5.00 pm, post which you may dim the lights of your room while covering sleeping in order to help her understand that night times are for sleep... Do not worry this is a common problem and as the baby grows gets self corrected and they start sleeping through the night.
