Question: My baby has not passed stools since 2 days and she is 26 months old.
Answer: One of the main reasons for constipation could be less water intake or less intake of food too. You can give your baby fruits like banana, kiwi, orange and also you can give vegetable soup, palak soup so that if by chance she doesn't like eating vegetables they taste good in the form of soup and for immediate relief you can insert castor oil with cotton from where she passes stool she will be relieved soon. You can also try giving warm water the whole day that's helps to relieve constipation too.

Make a juice of any of these fruits or veggies and give it to your baby well atleast twice a day! Make sure your baby exercises well everyday and is active throughout the day!
