A 5 months baby needs only mothers milk or formula to feed and its equally important to complete 180 days to start solid.

Also pls start weaning with homemade normal food its better to start with fruits or veggies puree than nestum/ cerelac etc as they processed and have zero nutrition.
You can offer apple puree, mashed banana , carrot puree, over cooled daal rice etc. but once baby completes 6 months..
