Question: My baby is 18 months old nd his weight is 8.5 kg but he is so active ...his diet is very low so what should i do..should i give him some tonic or is it ok..?

Answer: Hello! Tonic should not be given. Focus on his eating. If he doesn't have appetite at all, then try getting his blood test. As 8.5 is little less for 18 months baby. Also if you somehow force feed him, then stop doing that. Let the baby play a lot and feel hungry. Give food only once the baby is hungry. This way the baby will start eating too. Take care
Answer: Yes, you should include tonics with iron and multi vitamins. Also try out new recipes, include ghee, butter etc that help to gain wait.
