Question: my baby is 3.5 months old.and his hair is falling. is it normal?.and what is reason behind this?

Answer: Newborn hair loss is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Babies often lose their hair during the first six months. This kind of hair loss is called telogen effluvium.
Answer: It's normal. Mix castor oil and coconut oil and use to baby's hair in daily.
