Answer: 1)Start your day with any fruit. 2)Never skip breakfast or any other meal. Reducing your diet will effect your milk production. 3)Eat something in every 2hours. 4)Increase your protein intake(daal, milk, non veg etc) for muscle gain as it is indirectly proportional to fat...more muscle mass lesser fat. 5) Dont sit for long hours. 6)Keep yourself physically active. You can climb stairs while playing with your baby, run if possible, do cardio and stretching exercises..squats lunges, planks 7)Exercise for minimum 40mins a day. It can be in breaks. With a baby setting time for exercises will be difficult, whichever time is feasible you can exercise then keeping in mind that there should be minimum 2hours gaps between meal and exercise. It won't effect your milk but skipping meals will reduce. 8)Eat dinner by 8pm and have very light dinner. 9)Avoid oily food. 10) Drink water at every hour

Question: After how many months i can start workout and what type of workout i should do?
Answer: Hi dear, I.know you must be quite impatient to.loose all the baby fat post delivery.Go easy post delivery and donot rush to loose weight.it took 9 months for you to gradually gain that baby weight,so go slow.first two.months avoid any kind of high intensity work out.brusk walking should be good.start yoga by 3 months .and by 1 year ,join gym and can do normal workouts, provided you do not hurt your back by lifting heavy weights.ideally by 2 years post delivery, one can get back to high intensity work outs.breast feeding really helps in loosing all the fat naturally.so continue brestfeeding at least till 1 year to loose the fat faster.eat healthy ,do not crash diet, else that would take a toll on your health and breastmilk supply.drink plenty of water to increase metabolism too.

Question: I have 45 days old baby n my delivery was normal so now can I start workout ?
Answer: Hi..no matter if you give birth vaginally or via C-section, your body needs time to heal after delivery . After giving birth, your uterus takes about six weeks to return to its normal size and for your cervix to close back up. It is best to wait until then to start any kind of work out.. Mean while you can avoid having junk, greasy, outside and spicy food completely..
