4 months old baby

Question: My baby is 3 months 15 days old, he is nowdays always ommitting during each burp ? I am very worried about this...he is ommtting more quantity. I am thinking if he is doing like this how he will gain weight ?

Answer: Hie A little vomit post feed is no reason to worry However if it is more frequently It could be due to overfeeding , improper feeding position or indigestion Always burp your baby post feed,elevate  your baby's head while feeding slightly above stomach level to help the milk flow down , offer feed before your baby cries for milk as crying leads to swallowing air  which can lead to vomiting post feed, Keep your baby upright post 20 minutes of feed time
