Question: My baby 4 month old....5.5kg..she is not gaining weight..Wat to do
Answer: Dear what was your baby birth weight. It depends onnthe birth weight of ur baby. On average, babies gain about one pound each month for the first six months. Then, between six months and one year, weight gain slows down a little. Most babies double their birthweight by five to six months of age and triple it by the time they are a year old. At this stage yout baby is breastfed so you have to eat healthy so your baby is healthy. These are best foods to increase breast milk production & are great in terms of bringing you back to health, as well as aid in milk production. 1.) Porridge milk twice a day 2.) veges soup 2 bowls a day 3.) daal soup thrice a day 4.) Oatmeal: Oats are easy to prepare as a meal 5.) Fennel Seeds 6.) Fenugreek Seeds 7.) Unripe Papayas 8.) Spinach And Beet Leaves 9.) Garlic 10.) Black Sesame Seeds 11.) Carrots Hope it helps.

Question: My baby boy is 4 months old and he is not gaining weight.. what to do ??
Answer: Hello dear, If your baby weight was low during birth time, chances are he will gain his weight aacording to own capacity. think about it. In the initial 3 months, infants put on about minimum half kg each month. From 3-6 months, weight gain reduces to 1/2 kg/month; from 6-9 months, it becomes 1/3, and for 9-12 months, it settles to 1/4 kg. In full term infants, the birth weight doubles in the 4th month and triples when they reach 12 months and 4* when they reach on 24 month. Baby is completely depend on mother's milk. So try to make ur diet healthy. Baby get all nutrients through mother's breastmilk. If your diet will be healthy ur baby growth automatically will be increased. Try to feed every 2 hours. Take care ur little one.....
