Answer: Breastfeed newborns often poops after every feeding ( 6 to 10 times in a day ) but after 3 to 6 weeks or so, they can slow down and start having less frequent bowel movements. Sometimes newborns do not poop till 10 days this is also normal if baby has no trouble like gas and colic.

Babies have increased gastrocolic reflex.. So they pass a lot of stools. And there is nothing to worry in that. And about poop being watery That's how breastfed baby poop, and it's OK if you see it every time you change the diaper. breast milk bowel movements can be loose and runny.
