Question: My baby is crying alot and feeling difficulty for poop and gas. Im providing mother milk to her. What diet should i take to avoid this. Any suggestions. Do we have any home remedy or medicine?

Answer: Avoid having potatoes, sweet potato kind of veggies. Make a thin paste of hing and water and apply it on baby's belly and make a light massage clockwise. Apply castor oil
