Answer: It's normal to have hairfall after delivery as during pregnancy due to high levels of estrogen hair stays in resting phase wherein once the estrogen levels lowers post delivery hair intially in resting phase starts falling. Nothing can be done to stop this. You can though work on hair regrowth and improving its texture. Apply sesame or castor oil twice a week. Use mild shampoo and conditioner. Include lots of protein and omega 3 in your diet.
Answer: That is normal but also take care not to wear his caps especially thick cotton caps cause hair fall. Get his scalp tested on for fungal infection. Also while sleeping put cotton saree cloth beneath his head. To soak all sweat. You can use mild shampoo such as spoo shampoo. To clean baby's hair. It's a no tear shampoo. Take care.

Question: M facing a lot of acidity m in my 7th month of pregnancy wat shall i do?
Answer: Hi dear, Heartburn in pregnancy may occur because of changing hormone levels, which can affect the muscles of the digestive tract and how different foods are tolerated. To reduce heartburn during pregnancy without hurting your baby, you should try the following: Eat several small meals each day instead of three large ones.Avoid fried, spicy, or rich (fatty) foods or any foods that seem to cause relaxation of the lower esophageal sphincter and increase the risk of heartburn.Drinking large amounts while eating may increase the risk of acid reflux and heartburn.Keep the head of your bed higher than the foot of your bed. Or place pillows under your shoulders to help prevent stomach acids from rising into your chest.
