Question: Hi,m a mother to 9 months old baby.i have started solid food for my baby but still not giving outside milk.he is on breastmilk only.can i give him curd or paneer if i haven't started milk yet??
Answer: One of the things which experts recommend to avoid for babies before they turn 1 year oldis cow's milk or any milk other than breastmilk or formula milk. But you can introduce homemade curd and paneer to baby when he/ she is around 8-9 months old.
