Answer: That means the baby is having constipation.. Try giving lots of fluids.. Give 7 to 8 overnight soaked raisins next day morning...give apple with skin and prunes.. Also let the baby sit in a tub of warm water for 10 minutes...all these helped me a lot... But in case it still does not help.. Then consult the doctor dear.
