Answer: Hi dear, actually cradle cap may occur as a result excessive oil production bt skin glands around d hair follicles... some times it gets clear by its own... shampoo priscribed by ur doctor or mild shampoo helps to clear this cradle cap.. also use some moisturiser or petroleum jelly or mineral oil.. gently rub ur baby scalp with ur fingers to loose scales... once it go completely then wash head daily with shampoo so that it should not build up again...
