Question: My baby got six weeks vaccination (rotavirus and pcv ) yesterday day although doc said it's painless but he is having pain or I don't know he didn't sleep whole night neither me he was crying ...is dere any solution I can settle his pain he has got fever also bt for dat I gv him paracetamol bt I think pain is making him more irritating he is not lying on bed for a minute just want lap what to do ..how long will he face it ??😔 Can't visit doc now he sits late in the evening

Do not worry.
It happens after vaccination.
Start cold compress on her swollen leg.
You can easily find which leg it is by just looking.
As one leg will be swollen also thigh will be red.
So apply cold pack 5-6 times in entire day.
Give capol 250 mg 2.5 ml 3/4 times a day and when fever crosses 99.5°F
Don't let the breastfeed be affected it is very important specially in this phase.
You will face it for 3 days.
Breastfeed 10-11 times
Do not worry.

Answer: Hi dear, fever always indicates some kind of infection. If your baby doesn't have cough and colds presently then definitely it's a stomach infection and you should talk to your doctor immediately.
