Answer: Hello dear, If your toddler loses interest, or seems tired, cranky or unwell, take the food away. Try to give her in a different way like custard, fruit salad, pooding etc. u can use vaggie like cutlet, veg sandwich, fried vegetables rice etc.....Sometimes toddlers want to try new foods if you just keep trying....Make mealtimes a happy, regular and social family occasion – sit together to eat with your toddler whenever possible. Show your toddler how much you enjoy eating the food you’ve prepared. Get your toddler involved in helping to prepare and cook family meals.... Offer new foods when you and your toddler are relaxed and she isn’t too tired or distracted by other things . Set a time limit of about 20 minutes for a meal. If your toddler hasn’t eaten the food, take it away and don’t offer an alternative snack or meal....Offer new foods with foods that your toddler already knows and likes. Keep offering new foods. It can take 10-15 tries for children to accept and enjoy new foods.... If your toddler refuses something, offer it again in a week or so. Let your toddler touch, lick and play with food, and allow for some mess as she learns to eat. Let your toddler feed himself and give him some help if he needs it....

Answer: Your baby is just 8 month old.. till one year main source of nutrition is breastfeeding. So just keep Clam and try offering . As of now, she will have not more than half cup at one go. As she is 8 months old you can offer her 3 times a day. One snack and 2 meal. For meal You can offer what family eats .. what you prepare for your family minus salt and sugar and chilli. For snacks you can offer homemade snacks and furits boil vegetables . Don't force feed let her decide what quantity she want to have. Might be she is teething or she is having block nose. B happy whatever she have is enough. Just offer 3-4 times breastmilk. And should should atleast keep 40 mins gap after breastfeeding to offer any food.

Answer: Dear mommy, You could try sitting down with him and chew and enjoy eating your food in front of him. Keep talking about the food as u eat . Make dinner times quiet without any gadgets or tv. If he is old enough involve him in the cooking process and add some of his favourites like ghee or butter while he watches. He should enjoy meal times very soon.
