Answer: The intake of solid food will start constipation in babies. You need to introduce solid foods only by 8th month. During 6 months, you can start giving semi solid foods only. Make sure to make porridges with formula milk and not cow milk. After cooking the porridge, and cooling it, add prepared formula milk and not cows milk. Intake of cows milk too can cause constipation issues. You can give breast milk to solve this issue. But if it still does not work out, ask your doctor of a good remedy
