Question: my 8th month is running i m having pain in lower abdomen nd vagina is this nrml m also feel heaviness in lower abdomen ?

Answer: Hello! It is absolutely normal. As you progress in your pregnancy your baby's weight keeps on increasing. This results in the expansion of the uterus which causes the muscles and ligaments to stretch. Hence, you feel pain. Also the pressure from the baby comes on different organs, this also results in heaviness. Perform a few pelvic exercises, like pelvis tilts and rolls.Try relaxing in a soothing bath with warm water (not hot). You can also stand in the shower and aim the water at your back.Use a pregnancy support garment, also known as a belly sling. They’re designed to support your belly and offer relief to your hips, pelvis, and lower back.Avoid sudden movements if possible. Try not to twist at the waist. Instead, work on turning your whole body.Get a prenatal massage with a licensed therapist who specializes in treating pregnant women.Try to sit down as much as you can. Elevate your feet if possible.If you worked out regularly before becoming pregnant, don’t stop. Modify as necessary, but keep exercising consistently. If you’re uncertain about how to modify your workouts, ask your doctor. Take care
Answer: dear, its normal. heavyness,pelvic bones pain and tightness is common during this stage. its bcz of yr baby is growing in height and weight also.that's why,pressure will increase on yr pelvic bones and yr vaginal part is paining. so dont worry take proper rest and do walk as much u can, do little exercises and yogas. it helps u out... gud luck dear take care

Answer: Ya dear this is common. I also gone through such pain. my doctor said it is due to baby size increasing. It is infact a good thing that baby growing well 🤗😛. I know but discomfort was really killing me, so my doctor advise me to do warm compress. And sit by keeping legs up. It did give me some relief. Not complete. But try this. Surely some comfort u will get. Hope sister dis advice will help u.
