Question: My 4th month is running,,, which type of yoga is suitable for me.

Answer: Well no need of high intensity workouts ..I started to brisk walk daily for 20-30 minutes..this was more than enough for me..as I was also doing usual household chores..but avoid strenuous work..my friends have joined pre natal yoga classes too..that is also good..always do such yoga under supervision by professional..staying g fir is important,but avoid jumping or lifting heavy weights and all..mild free hand exercises and streches are safe..

    Im also doing household chores and walk daily 30 to 40 minutes. Is it sufficient .
