Question: My 2 days baby take breast milk for half an hour ,evenafter that he wanted more he sucking his fingers,is my milk is not enough for him
Answer: Babies tend to overeat do not worry. You can try breast milk enhancing foods and techniques. Less milk supply is common when your baby is nursing at regular intervals. Ideally, there should be a half an hour gap between your feeds so as your breast may take time to fill again after first nursing so I would advise natural remedies here to build up your milk. You can try chewing fennel seeds Methi seeds, as well as one tablespoon of ajwain, do not over do that one thing because it will increase your body temperature and will make you feel more heated in summers you can eat Dil leaves and Dil Bhaji every alternate day to help you increase your milk you can also take lactare tablets by TTK pharmaceuticals you can take 2 tablets a day 1 in morning and one in evening to help increase your breast supply these are absolutely Ayurvedic and natural have no Side Effects you can also take lecter granules that can be mixed with your milk and Can Be Drunk with water as well you must eat seasonal fruits that are rich in water suggest watermelon am at least one fourth watermelon a day eat watermelon everyday do not give a single thought about eating watermelon it's absolutely say when it will drastically improve your breast milk drink coconut water twice a day at least maintain 2 litres of water a day it is very important because apart from having normal body functions your body is also making milk out of the water you drink so it's better you drink more than 2 litres so that there is additional water that can be circulated and turned into milk hope it helps take care

Question: My baby s 4 month old. My breastmilk is not enough for him. Can I feed cerelac for two times
Answer: Cerelac or any store bought processed is an absolute no no for your baby now and even after 6 months.... also your baby is just 4 months so he can have only breastmilk or formula milk. ... how do you know that your breastmilk is not enough for him? Our breasts produce milk based on demand and supply... so the more you feed him the more your breast will produce. ... eat a healthy and balanced diet... include oats and fenugreek seeds in your diet... helps in milk supply... also drink lots of water... if baby has 6+ wet nappies in a day then you know he is getting sufficient milk.... if after feeding for long periods also he does not pee enough then you can give formula milk...

Question: My baby is 1 month old. How can I know my feed is enough for him??
Answer: Hi dear, we all have this doubt that if baby's tummy full or not and we sometime try to either force baby to take more or stop before the tummy full. here are few signs I have listed as per my experience with babies: Closing lips. Just as a hungry baby suckles readily, a full baby zips his lips, as if to say, "No more, thanks." Turning his head away. A more forceful version of closing his lips is to move his entire head away from the food source. If your baby turns away from your breast or a bottle, you shouldn't force him to eat. Decreasing or stopping sucking. Some full babies will stay latched on to the nipple but not suck any more—at which point, it's time to gently end the session. Spitting out the nipple or falling asleep when full. After about 15 to 20 minutes of feeding, a full baby will often act drowsy and may even fall asleep. Showing increasing interest in surroundings rather than eating. At around 4 months old many babies begin to get distracted during feedings, as their awareness of the world around them grows. A hungry baby will put this curiosity on hold long enough to feel sated. When he begins looking around more distractedly, it's a sign he's had plenty.
